Warranty Policy


At Espada, our aim is to make the highest quality products with the best prices that can be affordable to most end consumers meanwhile our distributors, retailers and agents also have profits. The quality of the products directly affects the long-term relationship with our customers, as partners, our customer's vital interests are closely related to us. 

Serving as a professional lamp and light company, we have a strict quality management system, our certified QC will supervise the entire production process ensuring every product is of the highest quality and has absolutely no imperfections. As owned a hardware factory and a painting factory, hardware lights become our most advantageous products, especially obvious in quality control and lead time. Of course, we also have some cooperative factories, such as electroplating factories, oxidation factories, powder-coated factories, and a lot of materials suppliers, which are strictly selected to meet our high-quality requirements. We never exchange the poor quality for the order, as a one-off business does not allow the enterprise to take the long run.



Most of our products are certified with CE and RoHS, for Australian and American markets, we use SAA and UL certificate components, we can make the whole lamp UL and SAA certificates for large order quantity. We also make COC for Kenya, Egypt, Kuwait, IEC for South Africa, etc. These certificates are very important as they guarantee the safety of the product.


We provide a two-year quality guarantee covering manufacturing faults, workmanship, and material defects for all our products, including various types of electric lights. That does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way. We cannot cover damage caused by misuse or accidents, your unpacking, or reasonable wear and tear. If a replacement due to a warranty claim is necessary, please remember to offer us the problematic item pictures, packaging pictures with shipping mark, we will send this issue to our QC department and will solve it in 3 working days; replacement goods can be mailed directly or shipped together with new orders. Be assured that we always attempt to solve your claims as efficiently as possible.
